🏭 Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Lebanon.
🛑 Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order will already be in processing and cannot be altered. However, you may return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
📆 When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and orders are shipped the following business day. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or major sales.
⏱️ How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery may take 4 to 7 days.
❌ What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us.
💰 Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices shown are tax-free in USD. You may be charged with delivery once your package arrives.
